TL;DR

Channel Partner Manager (Fintech): Managing and scaling channel partner relationships across the Americas with an accent on partner enablement, pipeline generation, and regional go-to-market execution. Focus on driving revenue growth through SIs, resellers, and distributors while aligning indirect sales motions with internal field teams.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or New York office)

Compensation: $180,000 – $215,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners including SIs, consulting firms, and MSPs in the Americas.
  • Drive partner enablement through training on value propositions, sales plays, and internal processes.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to increase partner-sourced pipeline and market coverage.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders, RevOps, and Marketing to align partners with strategic accounts.
  • Identify and recruit high-potential regional partners to expand the ecosystem.
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline health, and training progress.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience managing channel, reseller, and SI relationships in a B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes and partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Strong commercial judgment and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of the crypto, blockchain, or financial services ecosystem.
  • Ability to ramp quickly on complex compliance software and product use cases.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a consulting firm advising on digital asset initiatives.
  • Proficiency with PRM tools, deal registration, and account mapping.
  • Experience balancing direct and indirect sales motions in a global organization.
