TL;DR

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to shape strategy and roadmap.
• Build and maintain Console/Admin frontend workflows using TypeScript and React.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases for next-generation systems.
• Participate in design discussions and architectural decisions to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Follow best practices (maintainable, testable code) and contribute to thorough code reviews.
• Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Production experience building and maintaining backend services; comfortable contributing to full-stack product development with API-backed UIs.
• Strong proficiency in Go or Python; willingness to use TypeScript and React in production regularly.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with observability practices (metrics and logging).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and software testing best practices.
• Solid understanding of database design and experience with SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and understanding of its major components.
• Experience building reliable, scalable platform services processing large amounts of data.
• Experience with Prometheus/PromQL (optimizing time series queries and/or integrating Prometheus at scale).
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and practices.
