What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable technical solutions across hirify.global services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to foster team growth and maintainable code standards.
• Own system health and quality, including participation in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between software components.
• Champion security by designing isolation mechanisms for untrusted code execution and protecting against vulnerabilities.
• Drive operational excellence by improving system reliability, monitoring, and alerting strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as Go, Ruby, Python, C, C++, C#, Java, or Rust.
• Experience building or operating CI/CD systems at scale is preferred.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, design solutions, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
