TL;DR

Senior Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS): Supporting complex enterprise and strategic transactions from quote to close with an accent on deal structuring, commercial policy alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on navigating complex commercial challenges, optimizing quote-to-cash processes, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce and CPQ systems.

Location: Must be based in the United States in the Pacific time zone.

Salary: Up to $190,000 + 10% bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Process and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA.
  • Drive deals through the approval matrix, coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Sales Leadership.
  • Advise the Sales team on pricing, packaging, and creative deal structures.
  • Maintain deal hygiene and accurate opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Identify risks in deal structures and recommend scalable process improvements.
  • Own specific deal desk projects and support enhancements to CPQ tooling.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States in the Pacific time zone.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • 5+ years of experience in deal desk, deal strategy, or pricing within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience structuring complex, non-standard deals.
  • Proficiency with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or similar).
  • Strong financial acumen and advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting global commercial organizations.
  • Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based SaaS pricing models.
  • Experience with revenue recognition concepts and SaaS contracting.
  • Experience using automation tools to improve operational workflows.
