What you will do
- Manage the full new business sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing contracts.
- Execute innovative outbound selling motions to generate a self-sourced pipeline.
- Conduct deep discovery and deliver technical product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful prospect experience.
- Forecast revenue accurately using Gong and Salesforce.
- Position value-based proposals by maintaining a real-time understanding of the product and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline via cold outreach, sequencing, and events.
- Consistent history of overachieving sales targets.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, for a hybrid work model (Tue, Wed, Thu in office).
Nice to have
- Experience selling customer support or helpdesk solutions.
- Professional fluency in French.
- Experience working within the EMEA market.
