What you will do

• Contribute to and execute the Benelux policy strategy with the Benelux team.
• Outline regulatory positions, draft arguments, interpret new rules, and produce materials for national-level engagement.
• Build an evidence base with Analytics and Product teams and translate insights into credible advocacy positions.
• Identify and prepare for tenders across the region, engaging city and regional authorities to shape mobility tender opportunities.
• Represent Voi in external forums, consultations, conferences, and working groups; ensure positions are presented professionally.
• Monitor compliance and public opinion, and draft tailored white papers based on municipal requirements and political ambitions.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
• Experience in public affairs within mobility, transport, tech, or other policy-driven sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Benelux political environment and experience influencing regulatory and political processes.
• Ability to use data and evidence in policy development and advocacy.
• Skilled in drafting regulatory positions, consultation responses, and policymaker-facing arguments.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional work with local and central stakeholders.
