What you will do

• Perform installation and routine maintenance of gaming hardware and CRT machines.
• Triage and resolve technical service requests from client sites.
• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical system failures to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and technical queries.
• Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with Work Health and Safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's Licence required for onsite client visits.
• At least 3 years of field service experience in a technical capacity.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environments.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and occasionally interstate.
• Professional communication skills and presentation.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
