What you will do

• Design, develop, and test electronics equipment including motor drives and power converters for aerospace applications.
• Perform worst-case DC load analysis, thermal analysis, and design performance margin analysis.
• Execute PCB board bring-up and create functional test procedures.
• Develop design verification test procedures (DVTP) and generate comprehensive test reports.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Interface with cross-functional groups, suppliers, and OEM customers to ensure airworthy designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in hardware engineering.
• Must be able to work fully on-site at designated client locations in California.
• Strong understanding of airworthiness standards and engineering principles.
• Proven ability to independently own projects and mentor lower-level engineers.
