What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year international franchise growth strategy.
• Identify and evaluate new franchise opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective franchise partners and industry stakeholders.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of franchise agreements in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and marketing teams to tailor franchise models for international markets.
• Report performance metrics and growth opportunities to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe with the ability to travel internationally for 8–10 weeks per year.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in franchise or business development with a proven track record in international markets.
• Strong cultural awareness and experience working with diverse international teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and accountability.
• Valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas for international travel.
