Salary: £89,608 – £105,027

What you will do

• Develop and implement a multi-sector strategy to drive B2B income growth.
• Lead, mentor, and coach business development, marketing, and bids & tenders teams.
• Define and develop OU propositions for corporate, public, and third-sector partners.
• Represent the university at a senior level to influence and build complex multi-sector partnerships.
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships across faculties and nations to enable B2B growth.
• Oversee the prospect pipeline and ensure business targets are met.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience in building sustainable B2B partnership relationships in a complex, regulated environment.
• Proven commercial leadership at a senior Director level.
• Strong background in UK Higher Education or the learning and development sector.
• Demonstrable experience in managing public sector bids and tenders processes.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to travel across the UK as required for business needs.
