Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (Atlanta, GA)

What you will be doing
- Coordinate TEI strategic planning and support the Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO with execution of key initiatives and internal projects.
- Monitor industry trends, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and measure/communicate progress of strategic initiatives to leadership stakeholders.
- Develop persona-based communication strategies and produce presentations, reports, and multi-channel internal communications in collaboration with Corporate Communications.
- Develop and track OKRs and KPIs, using TEI operational and financial data to deliver actionable insights and timely reporting.
- Support leadership operations: manage leadership meetings (agenda setting and follow-up) and assist with special projects and roadblock resolution.
- Drive training and development by creating and implementing a skills framework, talent strategy, and role-based learning pathways, while championing Agile ways of working.
Requirements
- Proven years of related work experience in executing initiatives and strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including creating and presenting materials that translate technical information into easily understandable content.
- Structured, detailed approach to work with disciplined time management and the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
- Ability to influence others through discussion, collaboration, and facts; make fact-based decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field, or equivalent direct work experience.
- Ability to work in the advertised office model: at least four full days each week working in the role’s advertised office.
