What you will do

• Develop and execute product roadmaps with a clear vision and strategy.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define requirements and use cases.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories in JIRA.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog to guide development teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to communicate vision and manage expectations.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Proven expertise in business and technical requirements analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Cloud service providers.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills for executive-level communication.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.
