What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of accounts and manage multiple team members to deliver high-quality work.
• Serve on the management team for Brand Reputation & Corporate PR to help deliver the team plan.
• Lead or manage new projects including risk management, responsible marketing, executive visibility, and pitches/proposals.
• Manage senior client relationships and act as a strategic advisor aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead the responsibility proposition by integrating societal, environmental, and policy considerations into client strategies.
• Drive new business development, including proposals, pitching, negotiating contracts, and contributing to team financial performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in public relations (or related field) with proven leadership success.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills at mid-level and senior levels.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, including the ability to integrate ESG considerations into client strategies.
• Experience with crisis communications and reputation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration.
