What you will do

• Support strategic planning and implementation of publicity campaigns and manage day-to-day PR agency relations.
• Coordinate talent interviews, including drafting schedules, overseeing junkets, and talent handling.
• Manage international film festival submissions, maintain festival bibles, and nurture industry relationships.
• Oversee asset management (stills, clips, trailers) and ensure availability for local territories and press.
• Coordinate screenings, including room bookings, RSVP management, and gathering reactions.
• Manage logistics for international travel, press trips, premieres, and special events.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
• Passion for the film and entertainment industry.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate team needs.
