TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Take ownership of the Quick Start guided implementation experience as an alternative to traditional managed implementations.
  • Design and execute customer experience experiments to drive product-led growth, including trials, self-renewals, and retention.
  • Research and implement growth-supporting instruments such as Pendo, surveys, and analytics tools.
  • Communicate new feature releases to the customer community through documentation, in-app guides, and release notes.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure a cohesive and engaging product experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, graphic design, HCI, psychology, or computer science.
  • Strong experience with digital product adoption and analytics platforms, specifically Pendo.
  • Basic familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL for database interaction.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
