What you will do

• Lead and extend the VPP dispatch controls and Energy Hub platform for managing distributed energy resources.
• Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and cross-functional partner input.
• Research customer needs and market gaps to identify opportunities.
• Define, prioritize, build, document, and iterate on product features using hypotheses and validation.
• Respond to ongoing client data needs and requests.
• Partner with other product teams to deliver key strategic priorities while balancing long-term bets with short-term improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience with demonstrable business impact.
• Experience with electric utilities or IoT, including familiarity with modern grid management and planning tools/frameworks (or comparable expertise).
• Proven ability to align and influence cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex, technical projects from ambiguity to delivery.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with proactive communication.
• Analytical ability to frame impact and make tough prioritization decisions; growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.

Salary: $115,000 - $160,000 USD
