Location: Must be based in or able to work from Edmonton, Alberta (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Migrate legacy files into a new internal platform and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
• Build and refine interactive questionnaires and document templates for customized legal documents.
• Publish updates and manage experiments through CMS tools.
• Collaborate with Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to ensure product quality.
• Conduct peer reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy across all products.
• Identify patterns and common functionality to reduce duplication and improve system efficiency.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Web Development, IT, Writing, Communications, Business, or Library Studies.
• Strong logical thinking skills and ability to work within complex systems.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact business objectives and work effectively in a team.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Edmonton, Alberta.

Nice to have

• Experience with coding or web design.
• Software development knowledge.
