What you will do

• Create high-quality content including landing pages, blogs, customer stories, and video scripts.
• Deliver polished copy supporting go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Execute content strategy across multiple channels in collaboration with Product, Partner, and Growth marketing teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of products, customers, and business types to act as a brand voice ambassador.
• Report on content performance and share insights with the team.
• Stay updated on communications trends and SEO best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS or B2B marketing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging business audiences.
• Strong understanding of SEO and AI search best practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Ontario/BC).

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress (CMS), Monday.com, Jira, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and AirOps.
