What you will do

• Develop and maintain logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerting solutions to improve system observability.
• Investigate and resolve issues across infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
• Support the operation of hybrid Kubernetes platforms and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployments.
• Assist in maintaining hybrid infrastructure across on-prem and AWS environments.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and reduce manual operational work.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills in distributed environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD systems.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
