What you will do

• Architect multi-agent systems using sequential, parallel, and loop-based patterns with Google ADK.
• Develop core agentic logic that combines adaptive AI reasoning with deterministic execution paths.
• Integrate custom skills and third-party tools like Google Maps MCP and enterprise APIs.
• Utilize ADK evaluation tools to test execution trajectories and mitigate production hallucinations.
• Deploy and scale agents via Cloud Run on Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and AI researchers to optimize Gemini model implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade LLM or Agentic AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bogota.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK 2.0+).
• Deep understanding of state graph architectures and deterministic routing.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for AI using GitHub Actions or Terraform.
