What you will do

• Develop and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using Python frameworks.
• Build and maintain RAG architectures with vector databases like OpenSearch or Pinecone.
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateways for seamless API integration.
• Design serverless infrastructure on AWS using Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• Ensure strict tenant isolation and security guardrails within the platform.
• Collaborate on human-in-the-loop governance for high-impact operational changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil or Colombia
• Advanced English proficiency required
• Proven experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore components.
• Strong Python development skills with AI/ML frameworks like LangChain or Strands.
• Deep understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Experience with Agentic SDLC practices including prompt engineering and evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM security, prompt injection prevention, and content filtering.
• Knowledge of multi-tenancy and identity management in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with observability tools for distributed tracing and token analytics.
• Experience with LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation patterns.
