What you will do

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for the AI platform to ensure scalable and secure capabilities.
• Design and operate AI systems using LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Implement evaluation, governance, and traceability frameworks for measurable and compliant AI.
• Drive reliability, observability, and incident response practices across AI platforms.
• Partner with Product, QA, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and cloud capabilities to maintain platform health.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building and operating production AI systems.
• Proven experience designing distributed, SaaS, cloud-native, multi-tenant platforms.
• Strong experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
• Strong English language communication skills required

• Experience operating systems in regulated or compliance-heavy domains.
• Familiarity with accounting, auditing, or financial workflows.
