What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations specifically for the pre-sales team.
• Automate RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance questionnaires to accelerate deal cycles.
• Develop tools to speed up technical discovery, demo preparation, and POC execution.
• Integrate AI tooling with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and knowledge management systems.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on automation tools based on real-world usage by Solutions Engineers.
• Train the pre-sales team on adopting new AI workflows and monitor performance for reliability.

Requirements

• English: Fluent (C1) required
• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building automations and AI agents using n8n, Zapier, Make, or LLM APIs.
• Ability to write scripts or light code in Python or JavaScript for custom integrations.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of pre-sales workflows (discovery, demos, RFPs, POCs).
