What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using native functionality like flow automation and Lightning pages.
• Administer integrated sales and marketing applications to support forecasting and partner success.
• Utilize modern AI tools to create efficient workflows for the team and end-users.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity through reports, dashboards, and queries.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and support migrations, including updates, inserts, and deletes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce administration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and constraints.
• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience working within Scrum or Agile development frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states listed in the location section).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce and other Salesforce AI agent tooling.
• Familiarity with iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft or Tibco.
• Working knowledge of Apex, LWC development, and Git-based version control.
