What you will do

• Architect and build the hirify.global for Brands product from scratch.
• Design and implement core infrastructure, including observability, auth, and data scaling.
• Collaborate directly with product managers and design partners to iterate on features based on real-world feedback.
• Set engineering patterns and standards for the new product team.
• Optimize system performance to handle millions of users and complex data flows.
• Actively contribute to product strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building backend systems in Python.
• Deep expertise in FastAPI or similar modern frameworks.
• Proven track record of designing scalable systems and managing technical trade-offs.
• Experience building for high-load environments and solving performance bottlenecks.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with minimal specifications.
• Experience working directly with product stakeholders and end-users.
