What you will do

• Define and execute commercial roadmaps and vendor distribution strategies to improve category margins.
• Structure and lead end-to-end RFP processes to secure optimal costs and commercial terms with global manufacturing partners.
• Develop and utilize component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and govern buy plan margins.
• Partner with material sourcing and cross-functional teams to integrate upstream material availability into product design.
• Identify and execute value creation opportunities, including verticalization and volume consolidation.
• Leverage AI-powered platforms to automate procurement tasks and conduct complex scenario analyses.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within the retail home environment.
• Proven track record of running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms to conduct scenario analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
