What you will do

• Define and execute procurement category strategy, including short- and long-term targets to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Run end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners, including vendor identification through award, and institutionalize repeatable negotiation frameworks.
• Create and use component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and approve optimum cost for buy events within assigned categories.
• Partner with material sourcing and upstream teams to integrate material availability and benefits into finished-goods costing and product development cycles.
• Deliver value creation initiatives such as verticalization and volume consolidation to extract new financial value beyond traditional sourcing.
• Build an AI agent to run RFP systematically in 2026 with scenario analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms (e.g., LLMs) for scenario analysis and automating complex procurement tasks.
