Senior Sourcing Manager (Private Brands)

Location: Plantation, FL (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $118,500 - $189,500

What you will do

• Drive category ownership including supplier selection, operational performance, and financial goals.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization to improve category metrics and supplier performance.
• Partner on the evaluation, design, and development of sourcing capabilities across source to pay.
• Contribute to roadmap development by bringing robust insights on market trends and industry technologies.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers upholding high operating and quality standards.
• Drive cost and quality improvements through strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing category ownership, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing in the food space (pet food preferred).
• In-depth working knowledge of co-manufacturing relationships.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and cost P&L ownership.
• Ability to travel 30%+ domestically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• MBA degree.
• Private Label experience in e-commerce or retail.
