What you will do

• Lead the support of AI data center cooling modules, heat rejection systems, and hydro modules.
• Mentor team members and foster technical growth within the deployment team.
• Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies like Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) and CoolChip CDUs.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues across chilled water and fluid networks.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and on-site commissioning activities.
• Conduct fluid sample analyses to ensure system integrity and coolant quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Data Center Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center thermal infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, piping drawings, and blueprints.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
