What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal creative teams.
- Pitch new client programs and deliver presentations.
- Manage day-to-day social media campaigns, ensuring they are on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Director to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee campaign reporting and maintain high standards of output.
- Manage suppliers and partners to deliver high-quality work.
Requirements
- Experience in an agency setting working with technology-focused brands.
- Strong background in managing timelines, budgets, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in client presentations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of popular culture and social media trends.
- Highly organized with strong administrative and time management skills.
