What you will do

• Coordinate network stewardship across key markets including UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, BENELUX, and Mexico.
• Manage the delivery of integrated campaigns and lead specific workstreams for flagship brands.
• Facilitate global market knowledge sharing through monthly meetings and proactive communication.
• Handle project administration, including status meetings, contact reports, and onboarding new joiners.
• Monitor industry news and competitor updates to provide strategic insights to the client and agency teams.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering fully integrated production campaigns.
• Understanding of global and EMEA agency/client structures and processes.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and manage deliverable assignments across digital and print.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Must be located in London, United Kingdom
