What you will do

• Create and implement innovative display and video media plans to achieve client KPIs.
• Oversee daily campaign management, optimization, and testing plans with methodical accuracy.
• Manage direct client relationships through weekly calls, briefings, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with global hub teams in Delhi to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Ensure financial accuracy and process adherence through buying templates and QA procedures.
• Contribute to the display team community by sharing learnings and participating in department sprints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programmatic media planning and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of the digital media mix and display advertising ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and extract actionable insights for clients.
• Experience managing relationships with media owners and tech partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and train junior team members.
• Must be able to work from the London office approximately four days per week.
