TL;DR

Commercial Marketing Manager (IoT): Planning and executing regional B2B marketing activities to drive business growth and demand generation across the Benelux region with an accent on digital campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement. Focus on optimizing multi-channel campaigns, localizing content, and collaborating closely with the sales organization to grow the pipeline.

Location: Hybrid (Eindhoven, Netherlands). Must be based in the office at least 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives for the Benelux market.
  • Plan and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email marketing to generate qualified leads.
  • Adapt central campaigns, content, and marketing assets to ensure local relevance in the Benelux region.
  • Partner with the sales organization to provide enablement materials, presentations, and customer communication.
  • Organize customer activities, webinars, industry exhibitions, and develop local success stories.
  • Monitor campaign performance and utilize data insights to improve marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, telematics, or logistics.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency with CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in the Netherlands and able to work from the Eindhoven office at least 2-3 days per week.

  • Proficiency in French or German language skills.
