What you will do

• Own and develop the group-wide F&B marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning for standard hubs and destination venues.
• Directly lead marketing for flagship restaurants and bars, managing PR, events, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns.
• Create toolkits and provide guidance for local restaurant and bar teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Lead go-to-market and launch strategies for new hubs and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, CRM, and booking platforms (e.g., SevenRooms) to track revenue and guest satisfaction KPIs.
• Oversee the production of photography, video, copy, and social assets.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in marketing within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns from strategy through to reporting.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into business decisions.
• Experience managing creative agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM/booking platforms.
