What you will do

• Lead the Global Partner Development team supporting a broad set of indie partners.
• Manage outreach and response to prospective partners to bring quality content to PlayStation platforms.
• Optimize and advocate for title submission processes, triage tools, and educational documentation.
• Lead the PlayStation Indie Breakfast series, ensuring regional cultural nuances are integrated into the global program.
• Collaborate with onboarding, training, and help center teams to improve partner scalability.
• Identify and escalate high-quality independent partner content to the Portfolio team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner-facing roles such as account management, business development, partner success, or sales.
• Deep knowledge of the games industry, including development, publishing, or platform partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure success.
• Global mindset with experience working with international partners and teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to represent the brand at industry events.
