TL;DR

Location: London (Hybrid, expected to work in office 4+ days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of Client Partners to achieve revenue quotas and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and advertising agency partners.
  • Define and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analyze vertical trends to identify new strategic opportunities for account acceleration.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to determine individual quotas and account distributions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media space.
  • 1+ year of experience managing a team.
  • Proven ability to drive the full sales process from planning to closing.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience facilitating meetings with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies within the gaming vertical.
