What you will do

• Monitor regulatory developments and lead the intake and logging of new laws and revisions.
• Provide legal interpretations of regulations, advising on applicability, risk exposure, and legal consequences.
• Partner with Government Affairs to identify strategic regulatory changes and drive policy advocacy.
• Own and maintain the internal regulatory monitoring tool to ensure technical capability to track changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to perform risk impact assessments and compliance gap analyses.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for interactions with regulators and external counsel in EMEA.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLM) from an EMEA jurisdiction.
• Significant experience in regulatory/compliance advisory, ideally within multinational technology or semiconductor environments.
• Proven ability to convert complex regulatory requirements into actionable and pragmatic guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for operating within a matrixed international organization.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory intelligence or regulatory change management tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, ICT regulation, product compliance, and technology governance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing without formal authority.
