NL Compliance Officer (Healthcare Compliance)

Location: Rozenburg, Netherlands; full-time on-site role.

Salary: EUR 3,100–3,850 per month.

hirify.global is hiring for a combined trade compliance and healthcare compliance function supporting branch operations and pharmaceutical distribution requirements.

What you will do

• Support Trade Compliance activities and provide backup for the Branch DCM.
• Act as Deputy Responsible Person/Designated Person and support the NL RP/DP for healthcare compliance.
• Maintain GDP compliance, WDA license adherence, quality risk management, CAPA, change control, and management reviews.
• Conduct audits, self-inspections, branch assessments, due diligence checks, and audits of GDP-approved service providers.
• Maintain standards for medicinal product storage, temperature mapping, equipment qualification, validation, and records.
• Coordinate complaints, returns, suspected falsified products, recalls, cold-chain transport, and active substance compliance.

Requirements

• Relevant knowledge and experience in compliance and the distribution of medical products.
• Knowledge of local wholesale distribution regulations and the European Pharmaceutical Directive.
• GDP license and full RP/DP qualification and registration must be maintained.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical quality, medicinal product distribution, and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to perform compliance duties with due diligence and follow applicable procedures and regulations.
