Data Protection Administrator

TL;DR

Data Protection Administrator: Providing administrative support to the Privacy team to ensure organizational compliance with data protection regulations with an accent on managing Data Subject Rights Requests and global audit processes. Focus on maintaining accurate records, tracking data across the business, and facilitating communication between the Privacy team and internal stakeholders.

Location: Must be able to work from the head office in Lenton, Nottingham, at least twice a week (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Respond to and track Data Subject Rights Requests across the business.
• Assist the Privacy team with global audit processes, including collating documents and drafting reports.
• Maintain and update department records and privacy notices.
• Handle data deletion requests and track progress on Privacy by Design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with Data Subjects regarding request progress and extensions.
• Hold internal stakeholders accountable for providing information in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Lenton, Nottingham, twice a week.
• Genuine interest in data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Methodical and process-driven approach to administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive business and personal data with professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
