Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office at Osterley, London). Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Process lawful data disclosure requests from government and law enforcement agencies accurately and on time.
• Ensure all disclosures are compliant with relevant legislation, company policies, and agreed service levels.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate audit trails of all data disclosures using approved systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise to external agencies regarding company products, services, and legal frameworks.
• Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on data disclosure practices.
• Support the unit's administrative functions and represent the business through witness statements or court attendance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Data Retention and Law Enforcement obligations, specifically IPA 2016, Data Protection Act, and GDPR.
• Experience handling sensitive personal data with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel and law enforcement agencies.
• Capacity to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required.
