What you will do

• Set up and manage RADAR licenses and monitor SISCOMEX entries for Brazil to ensure trade compliance.
• Support expansion into new markets by ensuring operational readiness based on local regulatory requirements.
• Vet and manage local customs brokers, auditing performance and ensuring correct HS code classification.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory synchronization via Linnworks, and warehouse SLAs.
• Lead RFP processes for 3PL providers, packaging suppliers, and print partners in Brazil and new markets.
• Strategize and execute logistics flow for Amazon FBA and other B2B distribution channels.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is non-negotiable
• 5+ years of experience in LATAM trade compliance.
• Hands-on experience with RADAR/SISCOMEX and OMS software such as Linnworks or NetSuite.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM import taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS) and HS classification.
• BA degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical devices.
• Experience with VUCEM/SOIA (Mexico).
• Spanish language proficiency.
