Software Engineer (Python or Java) (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability backend services.
• Work with product and UX teams to turn requests into reusable solutions for customers and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and test secure, reliable, scalable, and highly available features.
• Review code, improve readability, and provide feedback on engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues after deployment and implement solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with backend technologies, using Python or Java.
• Basic understanding of AWS services.
• Experience with version control tools and processes, including Git and Gitflow.
• Experience delivering cloud-based software continuously.
• Ability to own features end to end, from design documents and reviews through acceptance testing and deployment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
