Senior Software Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design and implement workflows for user provisioning, entitlement assignment, product onboarding, access revocation, and subscription lifecycle events.
• Build scalable backend services for identity, authorization, product entitlements, and access policies across a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Design APIs and event-driven workflows integrating licensing, commerce, entitlement, and internal platform services.
• Collaborate with Identity, Licensing, Commerce, and Platform teams on end-to-end Product Access experiences.
• Implement fine-grained authorization, policy enforcement, auditability, compliance, and observability.
• Develop AI-native workflow orchestration, policy automation, and AI-agent capabilities for platform operations and developer productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or quality assurance.
• Experience building web services with AWS.
• Strong experience with at least one of Java, Python, or Golang.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with project management and defect tracking systems such as Jira.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a very large codebase and enhancing or resolving issues in pre-existing code.
