Accounting Assistant (Finance)

What you will do

• Post journal entries to ensure accurate recording of business transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including vendor setup, purchase orders, and bank payments.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and issues within invoices.
• Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
• Prepare necessary documentation and information for audits.
• Support the finance team with general accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Highly organized and accurate with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across different groups.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
