TL;DR

Finance and Strategy Director (SaaS): Partnering with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into financial plans and investment decisions with an accent on driver-based financial modeling and operational efficiency. Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $185,000 - $220,000

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leadership to align business strategy with financial plans and investment outcomes.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling for GTM functions.
  • Deliver actionable financial insights and executive recommendations to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Modernize finance operations by implementing AI, automation, and scalable planning processes.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics to enhance financial metrics, dashboards, and self-service reporting.
  • Drive strategic investment analysis and resource allocation to improve operating leverage.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership to influence strategic business decisions.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV).
  • Experience building scalable finance processes and improving operational efficiency through automation.
  • Must be based in the United States for this role.
