Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver the global growth strategy and playbooks to accelerate expansion.
• Own the growth dashboard and lead business reviews in partnership with regional commercial teams.
• Map self-serve, SME, and product adoption journeys to identify and activate growth levers.
• Conduct customer segmentation and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) globally and regionally.
• Track the regional competitor landscape to adapt campaigns, content, and lifecycle messaging.

Requirements

• 6 to 9+ years of experience in corporate/revenue strategy, operations, or commercially focused roles.
• Proven ability to identify and execute on strategic opportunities and process improvements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience driving projects independently while navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in Singapore.
