Manager, Professional Services (Federal)

Location: Remote within the United States; preferably the Washington, D.C. metro area, with onsite federal customer engagements of up to 50%. U.S. citizenship, residence on U.S. soil, and active Secret, TS, or TS-SCI security clearance are required.

Base salary: $128,000–$160,000 per year, plus commission-based compensation and potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support U.S. federal customer engagements through architectural design and execution of hirify.global products.
• Deliver data governance strategies aligned with agency missions, regulations, and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, Support, and Executive teams on customer priorities and federal acquisition cycles.
• Identify opportunities to expand hirify.global’s footprint through agency modernization, mandates, and compliance requirements.
• Advise Sales on proposed services engagements and manage utilization, customer risks, and remediation plans.
• Build Salesforce reports and playbooks to improve services visibility, processes, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies in data governance, data management, or data quality.
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms, REST/JSON API integration, and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure and platform technologies, Linux CLI, Spark, and Hadoop.
• Experience with data quality, data pipelines, data orchestration, job control, data warehousing, ETL, and data integration.
• Proficiency with Java, Python, or similar scripting languages for API-based implementations in Enterprise Linux or Unix environments.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. residence, and active Secret, TS, or TS-SCI security clearance are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with LDAP or Kerberos enterprise security solutions.
• Knowledge of data stewardship, master data management, data cataloging, and business rules management.
• Experience leading blueprinting, design workshops, and requirements gathering.
