Junior Production Engineer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and production routings.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production areas, including machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Support the design, sourcing, and implementation of jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Investigate production and quality issues using structured root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams on continuous improvement projects.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and data collection for engineering metrics.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions.
• Must be prepared to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.
• Level 3/HNC in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production engineering environments.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
