What you will do

  • Build and maintain CS operational infrastructure including health scores, renewal forecasting, expansion tracking, and churn risk identification.
  • Own commercial data layer and strategic inputs for post-sale business including NRR modeling and ARR bridge reporting.
  • Develop support operations infrastructure such as ticketing systems, SLA frameworks, and escalation workflows.
  • Manage customer reference program end-to-end to support sales and marketing needs.
  • Own reporting suite across CS, support, and commercial post-sale motion, partnering on board-level narratives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, support, finance, and sales teams to align operational strategy.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona or New York City.
  • 5+ years professional experience with deep understanding of post-sale customer lifecycle and renewal pressure.
  • Analytical skills to build NRR models and renewal forecasting with business insight.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
  • Proven ability to build processes and operational infrastructure that are practical and trusted.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills without formal authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, FP&A, or finance-adjacent SaaS environments.
