What you will do

  • Translate business questions into relevant views, datasets, and data products.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain scalable Power BI data models using advanced DAX.
  • Develop and automate recurring reports and interactive dashboards for performance steering.
  • Create compelling visualizations and narratives to translate complex data into business stories.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define data transformation and enrichment requirements.
  • Contribute to the Power BI Center of Expertise by promoting design and governance best practices.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and Power BI data modeling.
  • Proven experience in report performance optimization and dashboard development.
  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
  • Must be based in Brussels.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAS.
  • Knowledge of the banking industry.
  • Openness to learning additional dashboarding solutions.
